Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. However, please note that some items may have a lead time before they are ready for dispatch. If you require urgent delivery or have specific delivery requirements, please contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with a more accurate lead time.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service typically takes 1-3 working days to arrive once dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used along with your order, each brand and product may differ.
• Express Delivery: Need your order in a hurry? Opt for our express delivery service for faster shipping. Please contact us to ensure stock and availability before hand.
• Click and Collect: Save on delivery fees by selecting our click and collect option. Simply choose a convenient pickup location at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. You can view the estimated delivery cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Please note on the rare occasion we may contact you to pay an additional cost for oversized items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

Delivery Restrictions

Please note that we currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or international destinations.
